The children have to opportunity to discuss why they enjoy Halloween and what they do to celebrate it. The slides also explore all the ways in which they should behave to keep themselves safe and also in courtesy to others.

The pack also includes a short story about a little girl who is going to go trick or treating with her friends and learns about the etiquette of knocking on doors and explores the importance of being safe and sensible at Halloween.

Later that day, Jenny's Headteacher, Mrs Green, did a school assembly on Halloween. She told the children how Halloween was celebrated in the olden days and asked the children if they were excited about it this year. For some people, Halloween is a fun holiday full of sweet treats and wacky movies she had explained. She told us that although, it is an exciting time, getting costumes, and planning our trick or treat routes and parties, she told us to think about how we should behave when we go out and make sure we are safe!
